At Cooper's Cask Coffee, we have a passion for roasting coffee. The process begins with finding the best, grade 1, single origin coffee beans from around the world - from South America, Africa, to the Sumatra Islands. We are a small batch, family-operated roastery that sources Bourbon Barrel Aged, Cold Brew, and Espresso coffee beans.

Our mission was simple: to source the best grade 1 coffee, create amazing profiles, and roast it fresh. This takes time, dedication, and above all, passion. Our Master Roasters have created something truly original, worthy of the Cooper's Cask Coffee Company name.

What defines great coffee? Terms like gourmet coffee, artisan roasted coffee and small batch coffee roasters are heard a lot throughout the industry. The products we create here are not blended coffee beans you'll find at any retail or franchised coffee shop. We only use Grade 1 coffee beans which score high in our cupping sessions.

From cold brew, espresso and barrel aged coffees, the team at Cooper's continue to brew your favorite cup of joe! We've teamed up with a hand full of distilleries, most notably the Award Winning distillery, Sons of Liberty, and Thomas Tew Rum, two of Rhode Island's most beloved & successful distilleries. We've paired their whiskey & rum with our single origin, Grade 1 micro lot beans from Sumatra, Rwanda, Colombian and Ethiopia. After aging for 45-60 days, our coffee takes on a unique taste profile that is hard to resist.

Our Bourbon Coffee Gift Box Set includes four kinds of Barrel Aged Coffee: UPRISING Stout Whiskey, BATTLE CRY Rye Whiskey, Thomas Tew Rum & Kentucky Bourbon. Each showcases the distinct flavor profiles of our single origin beans, from the woody earth and mild sweet tobacco of Sumatra, to the bright and clean cup with fruited notes of the Ethiopian, to the caramelized sugar and rich cocoa of the Rwanda, and the chocolate hazelnut, sweet plums, and roasted nuts of the Colombian.
