The San Sebastian coffees are part of the most complex and ambitious coffee project we have ever undertaken. Throughout the two growing seasons in La Plata, hundreds of fresh coffee samples are sent weekly to Olympia Coffee, where they are meticulously cupped by our team. Furthermore, our staff make multiple farm visits each year to maintain a direct connection with the growers and gain a deeper understanding of the coffee's origin and production.
