This shelf-stable boxed set includes our signature wax-dipped Summer Sausage, a trio of Pepperettes—petite packets of smoked pork sticks and a jar of grainy Edmond Fallot mustard.

The Summer Sausage is our take on the classic American summer sausage that is tangy and mildly spiced with mustard and garlic and wax dipped. The Flaco Paco Pepperettes, a Spanish inspired travel snack, is a proud 2015, Good Food Award Winner! Perfectly smoked and flavored with paprika and garlic. The Petite Pierre Pepperettes, a French Inspired smoked pork stick, is flavored with juniper and sea salt. The Kleine Schweine Pepperettes, German inspired, are flavored with caraway and coriander. Pepperettes come three to a pack and are about 2 oz total.

To complement your assortment of meats, we have also included a jar of grainy Edmond Fallot mustard. The pepperette snack packets slip neatly into your pocket, purse, or gym bag, making it a great Father's Day gift. The Flaco Paco Pepperettes is a proud 2015, Good Food Award Winner.

We butcher antibiotic-free Pacific Northwest pork to 100% lean, adding pure, soft fatback, and a judicious amount of sea salt, fresh garlic and freshly ground spices. Our summer sausage and pepperettes are slow cured using real applewood smoke, made with fresh ground spices and herbs in a natural casing, and maintained in the organic white mold that protects them.
